A long front air shaft makes for a great grip while doing precise styling but on the G6 it stays cool due to super insulation. It has three heat settings and two air speeds. They make repeated claims about energy efficiency but don’t give many details about it. Basically all they said is that it has “2,200 watts with an AC motor, the G6 only emits 1,875 watts.” I’m thinking that they mean to say it has the power of a 2200 watt DC motor packed into their 1875 watt AC motor. But this isn’t really a great claim to fame cause it’s using the same maximum wattage allowed by UL standards that EVERYONE else uses. Yea.. not impressed by their fancy marketing bs.
